The founding partners of Centiv, former colleagues from PricewaterhouseCoopers' Atlanta office, brought together decades of expertise in the Cost Segregation space to establish Centiv in 2020. Our team, composed of PwC alumni, combines meticulous attention to detail with innovative strategies to deliver unparalleled results. Meet The Team
Bobby Thames, EA
Founder, Director of Operations
Bobby joined PwC's Fixed Asset Service Team in 2013 and began a career focused on providing cash tax savings to clients in a variety of industries. Bobby specializes in construction costs analysis, engineering analysis of MEPs, depreciation rules and standards, as well as accounting method changes. Bobby earned his bachelor's degree from The University of Georgia and his Master's degree from Georgia State University. Bobby is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.

Bobby moved from Atlanta to Denver in 2019 and spends his time outside of the office with his fiancee and his two bulldogs. They enjoy heading into the mountains for skiing, hiking, and camping. Bobby is a strong supporter of his hometown teams; the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Braves, and the Georgia Bulldogs.
Yaron Pacht
VP of Business Development
Yaron is a highly accomplished, results-oriented, and solutions-focused professional with over 10 years of experience developing and implementing new lines of business, including SaaS integration. He is an expert at building long-term strategic alliances within Accounting, Finance, Tax Preparation and other professional service organizations, leveraging opportunities to add new services and access to alternative markets across industry verticals. He has led teams through complex cloud and technology projects, providing Sales, Marketing, IT and Process Improvement Solutions support. Yaron strongly believes that building positive relationships in business and delivering measurable results are important foundations for success.

Zev is a seasoned sales leader with over a decade of experience in driving business growth and innovation. He excels at identifying problems and coming up with innovative solutions for clients. Zev has a proven track record of leading sales teams through complex initiatives. His expertise spans Sales, Marketing and Process Improvement Solutions, ensuring comprehensive support for his clients. Zev is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships and consistently delivering outstanding results, making him a trusted advisor and invaluable asset. On his free time you can expect to find him fishing by the bay.
